Our process is such that an application must be submitted as a the first step. Applications are submitted via our online process by first paying our $10 application fee via the paypal button below. Once you have paid the application fee, you will be redirected to the online form. It may take a minute or so please be patient! If you are not redirected to the application, please email support@patriotlabrescue.org for help. If the application appears to be a match for the particular dog or puppy, we arrange for a time to discuss it over the phone. Once the phone interview takes place and there continues to be a potential for being a good match, we arrange for a meet and greet with the foster home, this is followed by a reference check and possible home visit.

 If you are matched you will be required to complete an adoption contract. You must consent to providing adequate care and welfare per the contract. Patriot Lab and All Breed Rescue, Inc. does not make any guarantees on temperament. Although we provide basic obedience training within our foster homes, some dogs/puppy adopters will be required to attend obedience training as part of the adoption contract. Dogs/puppies not properly cared for will be retrieved from the adopters. Puppy adopters will be required to attend puppy kindergarten. We do not provide this service but will assist in the search for training courses in your area. We reserve the right place certain adoption restrictions on individual dogs/puppies based on specific needs of that dog/puppy.

The Application Review Process can take up anywhere from a week to a month depending on the our volume of applications, dogs/puppies available, and number of volunteers available. We do not have a facility or paid staff. We are an ALL VOLUNTEER organization. If your application is approved you will be contacted via email. You may email/call the contact listed on our PetFinder page for the individual dog/puppy you are interested in. Your patience is appreciated.

Our adoption application fee is $10. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of your success and/or having been contacted by an Adoption Coordinator. The application fee is required to obtain access to our Adoption Application and begin the Application and Review Process. All fees are strictly used for the care and welfare of our canine friends. If you have not been contacted within 30 days, please email support@patriotlabrescue.org to inquire about your application status. In some cases, the review process will likely exceed 30 days. Please be patient! if you are found a successful match, your application fee will go towards your adoption fee upon request. Note: You must be at least 21 years of age to apply. Our Adoption Fee is $400.
